Lucid dreaming is highly subject to the placebo effect since it is all in the head. However even so you can still stimulate this through vitamins that you find in fruit, vegetables and other food. You can use vitamins to increase your dream intensity which make them easier to recall and give you more lucidity if you are able to dream at will.
A vitamin that works well is B6, it is said that only 1.3mg is needed for adults BUT if you want to increase your dream intensity then you should take a go at trying to hit 100mg.
During the day you want to eat the following foods...

Lucid Dreaming - Why Everyone Should Do It!

In my opinion everyone should learn how to get a lucid dream not only once but regularly. This is a powerful mental tool and using it can open up another world that can help everyone in different ways! The benefits of this I think could actually help a lot of people with their daily lives.

You Can Increase Your Creativity...

Dreams reveal our most creative side because of the free-flow of ideas arising from the subconscious mind, unhindered by the rational conscious mind.

There are many instances where lucid dreaming has helped increase creativity whether it be to help the author of alice in wonderland write his book or help composers like Mozart come up with amazing music and even help painters such as William Blake come up with masterpieces!

Going into a lucid state can increase your creativity and whatever you picture you can bring back with you into the physical world.

Lucid Dream Induction - How To Remember Your Dreams

Many of you know that a few method for lucid dream induction involve being able to possess dream recall so that you can remember you dream signs that when you notice when you are dreaming will become a point of realisation to trigger your mind awake.

It can be very difficult to remember your dreams however with these tips I hope to make it easier for you so that you can be in control of your dreams!

Lucid Dream Induction - Make Sure You Get Enough Sleep...

If you want to have you first lucid dream then you will need to make sure that you are getting enough sleep every night. You can't expect to have 5 or 6 hours sleep and still dream of flying through the stars. You need to have 8 hours sleep to experience the full REM process!

The first dream you will have is very short and you won't remember it at all, after that your dreams will start to get longer and longer and the longer they are the easier they will be to remember which is why you want to aim to get at least 8 hours sleep.

If you can't do this during a normal week due to work then try to do it during the weekend.

Lucid Dreaming Can Help With Grieving...

Dreams are powerful things and they are very helpful when it comes to grieving. When we lose someone we lose unexpectedly we sometimes feel that there is unresolved issues that are needed to go through.

Lucid dreaming can help with this a lot. Even though if you lucid dream these people and they are a figment of your subconscious they will seem very real to you and this will help with your grieving process.

You can re-live memories of the past or even just talk to pets, a lost family member or even a lover who you broke up with either way lucidity is the key to helping you grieve.
